The scheduled inventory has a saleable area of around 5.03 lakh sq ft, they said. There are 364 apartments in the initial two phases of the project. With these deals, area booked by the company during this fiscal stood over INR 2,000 crore to date signalling continued momentum for its portfolio. Ashiana Housing has developed more than 23 million sq ft in several cities.
NEW DELHI: Ashiana Housing Ltd on Wednesday said it has sold 242 housing units at its Gurugram-based project ‘Ashiana Aaroham Phase 1 and Phase 2’ worth INR 767.23 crore.
The company said that it has turned 242 Expressions of Interest (EOIs) into confirmed bookings in the kid-focused residential development. The converted bookings translate into an approximate saleable area of 5.03 lakh sq ft. The conversion began on February 7, 2026 and continues to this day.
The first two phases of Ashiana Aaroham collectively comprise 364 apartments. The solid-to-impressive conversion rate reflects significant early interest in the project, which is being touted as a family-friendly community with an emphasis on child-centric planning and amenities.
“The response from the market has been strong,” Ashiana Housing Whole-Time Director Varun Gupta said. “With these bookings, the company has exceeded Rs 2,000 crore in total value of area booked during FY20 so far indicating strong traction and confidence from home buyers on our product offerings,” he added.
The Gurugram deal bolsters the developer’s overall sales superstructure, given the sustained residential demand in primary cities. It is also engaged in multi-segment, multi-geography operations and has a diversified portfolio of over 55 projects across four categories.
Ashiana Housing is present in eight cities and has developed over 23 million sq ft of residential space till date. The company has generally concentrated on differentiated housing ideas, such as kid-centric communities and senior living, to target niche residential segments.
The recent sales record establishes a positive undercurrent in the results of the Gurugram market, especially for products that have unique lifestyle positioning and structured community formats.
